Do you sell tickets?

No, TixTreasure is a price comparison tool only. We do not sell or issue tickets. All purchases are completed on third-party marketplaces like TickPick, StubHub, and Seatics-powered sites. When you find a ticket you like, you click through to the seller's site to complete your purchase.

How do price alerts work?

Set up custom alerts using natural language (e.g., "Red Sox tickets under $50 in grandstand"). We'll monitor prices every 10 minutes and notify you by email or push notification when matching tickets become available. Learn more on our Price Alerts page.

Are the prices accurate?

We update prices every 10 minutes from 7+ sources, but prices can change rapidly on third-party marketplaces. Always verify the final price on the seller's website before purchasing. We show you the all-in price (including fees) based on the most recent data we've collected.

What if I have an issue with my ticket purchase?

Since we don't handle ticket sales, all customer service issues (refunds, delivery, authenticity) must be resolved with the marketplace where you purchased. Contact TickPick, StubHub, or whichever seller you bought from directly. We can help you identify who the seller was if needed.

Do you charge a fee?

No, TixTreasure is completely free to use. We earn a small commission from some ticket sellers when you click through and make a purchase (affiliate links), but this does not increase the price you pay. Our goal is to help you find the best deal, regardless of which marketplace offers it.

Can I request a new venue or event source?

Absolutely! We're always expanding our coverage. Email us at [email protected] with the venue or marketplace you'd like to see added, and we'll do our best to integrate it.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (usually much faster). For urgent issues, please indicate "URGENT" in your subject line. Note that we don't provide phone support at this time.
